Detail of back (before she had hair). I made the top of the dress out
of clay but the skirt is fabric, not quite as full as the original, as that
would have been too bulky on the waist. |

Details of the face and the feet….I made the shoes out of clay so I
could try to copy the style of the original ones. I was also pleased to get a
tongue as well as tiny teeth in the mouth! I wanted to try to achieve an open
laughing mouth which I’d never tried before. |
