Queen of the May

Twelfth scale one-of-a-kind figure

to celebrate the Spring.

This May Queen has a white hand

embroidered organza dress with petal shaped skirt decorated with sequins

and beads. She has a flowery

garland draped over her shoulder,

and holds a ribbon and flower garland

out behind her as she dances barefoot over the roots and dewy moss.

She also has a garland of flowers on her head. Her hair is walnut coloured, and curls down her back. She is 14cm tall.

Queen of the May was made entirely by me without the use of any moulds.

The base is circular and has moss, sculpted roots, and flowers to

compliment the figure.
